forward-looking statements regulatory
"This press release contains “forward-looking statements” that are subject to substantial risks and uncertainties."
Forward-looking statements are predictions or plans that companies share about what they expect to happen in the future, like estimating sales or profits. They matter because they help investors understand a company's outlook, but since they are based on guesses and assumptions, they can sometimes be wrong.
critical mineral antimony financial
"securing a U.S. domestic supply of the critical mineral antimony."
PFS test work technical
"provide an update on PFS test work for the gold project"
PFS test work is the laboratory and field testing carried out to support a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) for a mining project, including metallurgical tests, pilot-scale trials and engineering assessments that define how ore can be processed and what recoveries, costs and technical hurdles to expect. Investors use these results like a prototype report card: they reduce uncertainty about project economics, help estimate capital and operating costs, and signal whether a deposit can be developed profitably.
redomiciliation regulatory
"documentation recently distributed to security holders in relation to the Company’s proposed redomiciliation to the United States."
Redomiciliation is when a company legally changes its country of incorporation while keeping the same business and assets, like moving a house to a new neighborhood but keeping the same furniture. Investors care because the company then follows a different set of laws and tax rules, which can change shareholder rights, reporting standards, dividend treatment and the ease of trading the stock, potentially affecting risk and return.

quarterly update webinar financial
