On July 8, 2026, O-I Glass, Inc. (the “Company”) made an organizational change under which Emmanuelle Guérin will no longer serve as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Business Operations Europe, effective immediately. Ms. Guérin remains a non-executive employee of the Company on “garden leave” and is entitled to receive continuation of her current salary and benefits as an employee of the Company through September 30, 2026, on which date Ms. Guérin’s employment will terminate. Ms. Guérin will be eligible to receive the severance payments and benefits described in O-I Glass, Inc.’s Amended and Restated Executive Severance Policy.
