Mexico City, Mexico, June 27, 2025.- Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: OMA; NASDAQ: OMAB), announces that, following the press release published on June 25, 2025, it has today completed the issuance of long-term notes in the Mexican market for an aggregate amount of Ps.2.75 billion.
