Rio de Janeiro, November 13, 2025 – Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras, in response to news published in the media this Thursday (11/13/2025), informs that the company’s Business Plan 2026-2030 is still under review and approval.

The proposed Plan will be evaluated by the Board of Directors, the competent board for approving the matter, in a meeting scheduled for 11/27/2025. Once the drafting and approval process is concluded, the Plan will be promptly disclosed to the market.
