On August 18, 2025, PotlatchDeltic Corporation (the “Company”) posted presentation materials on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website. The presentation materials are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference. The Company expects to use the presentation materials, in whole or in part, in connection with presentations to investors, analysts and others.
