Here are the 8-K filings from PIMCO Income Strategy Fund II (PFN) in our archive since June 2025, newest first, and each one links through to the document itself with the summary and the scores our analysis gives it.
An 8-K covers material events a company has to report between its quarterly reports, so if you follow PFN and want that one kind of document rather than the whole filing history, this is the page to keep. The company's other filings, of every form, are on the full PFN filings page.
PIMCO Income Strategy Fund is expanding its principal investment strategy to allow both investing in and originating a wide range of loans. These include residential and commercial mortgage-related loans, consumer loans, bridge loans, mezzanine loans and other structures, to borrowers that may be unrated or below investment grade, including foreign and emerging market borrowers and subprime credits.
The supplement explains that these activities can increase credit, liquidity, leverage, valuation and regulatory risks, and may involve illiquid, hard-to-value positions, broken deal costs and potential ownership of collateral after foreclosure. The Fund also highlights state licensing and litigation risks, as well as constraints tied to maintaining regulated investment company tax status, while many origination and transaction-related costs will be borne by the Fund rather than the adviser.
