CHS (US) Management LLC ("CHS US Management") is the investment manager of CHS US Investments. CHS GP LP ("CHS GP") is the general partner of CHS US Investments. CHS UGP LLC ("CHS UGP") is the general partner of CHS GP. CHS UGP is a directly wholly owned subsidiary of CHS Platform Holdings Pte. Ltd. ("CHS Platform"). Each of CHS GP, GHS UGP, CHS Platform and CHS US Management disclaims, for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, beneficial ownership of such securities, except to the extent of its indirect pecuniary interest therein, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that any such entity is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purposes.
