The RMR Group Inc. reported total revenues of $153.5 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026, slightly below $154.7 million a year earlier. Net income attributable to The RMR Group Inc. was $3.2 million, or $0.18 per basic and diluted share, versus $4.2 million, or $0.25 per share.
Operating results reflected a $19.1 million loss on impairment of other assets related to amended management agreements with Office Properties Income Trust, higher equity based compensation, increased interest expense, and higher rental property revenues from recently acquired properties. These items were partly offset by a $21.3 million gain on investments, mainly from Service Properties Trust and Seven Hills Realty Trust holdings.
