How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

"The Trans-Arterial Micro-Perfusion (TAMP), enabled by RenovoCath"
A trans-arterial micro-perfusion (TAMP) procedure uses a tiny tube threaded through an artery to deliver a drug or therapeutic fluid directly into a specific area of tissue. Think of it like watering the roots of a single plant rather than spraying the whole garden: it raises local drug levels where needed while reducing exposure elsewhere. For investors, TAMP matters because it can improve treatment effectiveness, reduce side effects, and create commercial opportunity for targeted delivery devices or drugs.

Orphan drug designation (ODD) is a regulatory status granted to a medicine intended to treat a rare disease or condition, giving the developer special incentives such as reduced fees, development support, and a period of exclusive market rights. For investors, ODD signals that a product may face less competition, enjoy stronger pricing power, and benefit from lower development costs and regulatory help—similar to receiving a temporary protected license to serve a small but underserved market.

First Physician-Driven Expansion Using TAMP Beyond Locally Advanced Pancreatic Cancer, Signaling Potential for Broader Clinical Adoption

Management to Host Conference Call Today at 4:30 p.m. ET

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., November 5, 2026 -- RenovoRx, Inc. (“RenovoRx” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: RNXT), a life sciences company commercializing RenovoCath®, a patented, FDA-cleared drug-delivery device, and evaluating a novel targeted oncology drug-device product candidate, today announced its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026 and provided shareholders with a business update highlighting continued commercial momentum and clinical progress.

“We generated record results in the third quarter as revenue exceeded the million-dollar threshold and we continued to deliver on all three of our core priorities,” said Shaun Bagai, Chief Executive Officer of RenovoRx. “First, revenue increased four-fold year-over-year. Second, we ended the quarter with 26 active commercial cancer center customers, compared to 21 at the end of the second quarter 2026. Third, we are seeing physician-driven expansion of our TAMP™ platform, enabled by our FDA-cleared RenovoCath device, into applications beyond locally advanced pancreatic cancer, highlighting the potential for broader clinical adoption."

Mr. Bagai continued, “Driving much of our growth is our fully staffed sales team that continues to gain traction and accelerate customer engagement and adoption of TAMP. The sales team, comprised of a Vice President of Sales and Market Development, and five Regional Market Development Managers, is strategically deployed to cover major U.S. cancer centers. Our focused and regionally deployed sales team is sufficiently sized to address the market and effectively penetrate cancer centers that treat solid tumors, such as pancreatic cancer."

Mr. Bagai concluded, “Looking ahead, given the strong momentum, we continue to expect full-year 2026 revenue for RenovoCath in the range of $3.75 million to $4.25 million, which would more than triple 2025 revenue at the midpoint."

RenovoCath Commercialization Update

Every newly activated commercial cancer center customer drives more procedures and revenue, accelerating growth. RenovoRx ended the third quarter of 2026 with 26 active commercial cancer center customers, compared to 21 at the end of the second quarter of 2026. RenovoRx remains confident in its ability to meet the year-end 2026 target of

36 active commercial cancer centers as RenovoRx continues to activate centers in the commercial funnel and convert sites from its fully enrolled Phase III TIGeR-PaC trial to active centers.

RenovoRx continues to observe strong repeat ordering from the majority of existing customers, which the Company believes signals physician satisfaction and clinical utility in interventional oncology.

The Trans-Arterial Micro-Perfusion (TAMP), enabled by RenovoCath, is a collaborative, localized drug-delivery platform, with two ways emerging cancer therapies can strengthen the Company’s commercial opportunity: (i) TAMP can deliver established drugs locally, and sequentially to or concurrently with novel therapies, creating the potential for improved patient outcomes, concentrating therapy where it is needed, and (ii) as new drugs come to market, the Company believes many of these drugs can be delivered directly via RenovoCath. In both cases, the Company believes that novel improved therapies could make the TAMP targeted drug-delivery platform even more valuable.

In light of these trends, the Company believes that as physicians incorporate RenovoCath into routine clinical practice, repeat utilization is expected to drive sustained revenue growth.

Expansion of RenovoCath Beyond Locally Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

In the third quarter of 2026, RenovoRx continued to support building the evidence base for TAMP through a multi-center post-marketing registry study to generate real-world safety and efficacy data, as well as supporting Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs) in borderline resectable and metastatic pancreatic cancer and cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer). These studies are designed to achieve cost neutrality while broadening the platform’s evidence base.

In October 2026, the first patient was treated in PRISM-TAMP, an IIT led by researchers at the University of Vermont (UVM). The trial is evaluating gemcitabine delivered through the TAMP platform, enabled by RenovoCath, prior to surgery in patients with planned surgical resection for the first time in the neoadjuvant setting. It is the first IIT supported by RenovoRx to begin patient enrollment and takes TAMP upstream of locally advanced disease, where physicians have asked about its potential. UVM plans to enroll approximately 10 patients in this trial. IITs are capital-efficient for the Company and allow independent investigators to generate safety and tolerability data for new applications of TAMP.

In August 2026, TAMP enabled by RenovoCath was deployed in the first commercial clinical use in a solid tumor beyond pancreatic cancer as an existing commercial cancer center customer utilized the device to treat a patient with sarcoma. The Company views this physician-driven expansion as an encouraging indicator of the potential for broader adoption of RenovoCath within its FDA-cleared fields of use.

Phase III TIGeR-PaC Trial

In August 2026, RenovoRx achieved full enrollment in its Phase III TIGeR-PaC trial evaluating intra-arterial delivery of intra-arterial gemcitabine (IAG) via the RenovoCath device for the treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC). This significant milestone reflects successful patient recruitment, clinical execution, and collaboration among investigators and study teams evaluating IAG for LAPC, a difficult-to-treat cancer. The primary endpoint of the study is overall survival. TIGeR-PaC is designed to evaluate whether RenovoRx’s patented method

of targeted delivery of the chemotherapy gemcitabine improves patient survival, safety, and tolerability compared to the standard of care systemic (intravenous) chemotherapy gemcitabine + Abraxane.

RenovoRx anticipates initial top-line data in the second half of 2027 and expects the data readout to support and potentially expand current clinical adoption of TAMP by providing more rigorous evidence on tolerability and reduced side effects. The trial may also show whether TAMP can improve survival in this setting.

Third Quarter 2026 and Subsequent Key Highlights

During the third quarter and the subsequent period, RenovoRx added clinical evidence supporting its TAMP platform, including two peer-reviewed publications.

In August 2026, the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic (PK-PD) data from a sub-study of the ongoing Phase III TIGeR-PaC trial was published in Cancer Chemotherapy and Pharmacology. The findings from this PK-PD study provided additional meaningful mechanistic support for RenovoRx's TAMP platform’s targeted drug-delivery approach and provided direct PK evidence supporting TAMP’s potential to deliver chemotherapy directly near the tumor while limiting systemic exposure. These findings provide further support for TAMP as a differentiated therapeutic approach designed to potentially improve the therapeutic index of chemotherapy in patients with LAPC.

In October 2026, a peer-reviewed case series from Hackensack Meridian Health’s Jersey Shore University Medical Center was published in Case Reports in Oncology. In the publication, physicians shared their experiences using TAMP for drug-delivery to treat patients diagnosed with LAPC, whose tumors were not surgically removable due to significant complex blood vessel involvement despite receiving extensive prior therapy. RenovoRx is encouraged that physicians are independently documenting and sharing their experiences with TAMP and its potential to provide clinical benefit for patients.

RenovoRx also continued to strengthen its intellectual property position in the third quarter of 2026. In August 2026, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued a Notice of Allowance for a new patent covering RenovoCath dual-occlusion catheter system, bringing the Company's portfolio to 10 issued or allowed (1 allowed) U.S. patents, 10 issued OUS patents, 6 pending U.S. cases, 7 pending OUS cases and 2 pending Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) applications.

Financial Highlights for the Third Quarter Ended September 30, 2026

•
Revenue was $1.07 million, compared to $266,000 for the three months ended September 30, 2025. The nearly 300% year-over-year and 17% sequential quarterly increases were driven by the continued commercialization of RenovoCath and expanding adoption across U.S. cancer centers.

•
Gross profit was $878,000, representing a gross margin of approximately 82%, compared to approximately 80% for the three months ended September 30, 2025. Margin performance in third quarter 2026 reflected the conversion of three devices from one clinical site in the TIGeR-PaC trial to a commercial cancer center customer at no gross margin, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

•
Research and development expenses were approximately $1.2 million, compared to approximately $1.7 million for the three months ended September 30, 2025.

•
Selling, general, and administrative expenses were approximately $2.9 million, compared to approximately $1.7 million for the three months ended September 30, 2025, reflecting the investment made to build and support the Company’s commercial infrastructure.
