1. Includes Class A Ordinary Shares and outstanding restricted stock units (RSUs) held by the Reporting Person. Each RSU represents the right to receive one Class A Ordinary shares upon vesting and settlement. The Class A Shares and RSUs held by the Reporting Person are held by him solely for the benefit of Qumra Capital (defined below). As such, the Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the RSUs (including the Class A Ordinary Shares underlying the RSUs) and the Class A Ordinary Shares, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest, if any, therein.
2. Represents Class A Ordinary Shares held by Qumra Capital I L.P. and Qumra Capital I Continuation Fund L.P (together, "Qumra Capital"). The Reporting Person is a Managing Partner of Qumra Capital. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the Class A Ordinary Shares held by Qumra Capital, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest, if any, therein.
3. Each Class B Ordinary Share is convertible at any time at the option of holder into one Class A Ordinary Share and has no expiration date.
