On August 12, 2025, Rayonier Advanced Materials Inc., together with the United Steel Workers, issued a press release announcing the filing with the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission of parallel antidumping and countervailing duty petitions on Brazil, and an antidumping petition on Norway, concerning U.S. imports of High-Purity Dissolving Pulp.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
