Introduction
On
September 24, 2025, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of SentinelOne, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed
Ana Pinczuk as President of Product & Technology, effective September 25, 2025. Ms. Pinczuk is currently a member of
the Board.
