SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON Co (SCE-PG) reports that its affiliate SCE Recovery Funding LLC issued $1,953,948,000 of Senior Secured Recovery Bonds, Series 2026-A, on July 28, 2026 under an Indenture and Series Supplement and a previously declared-effective Form SF-1 registration.
The bonds are secured by “Recovery Property” created under California’s Wildfire Financing Law pursuant to a May 23, 2026 California Public Utilities Commission financing order. Southern California Edison entered related servicing, purchase and sale, administration and intercreditor agreements and filed counsel opinions addressing tax, legality, and constitutional protections for bondholders against adverse future state legislative or takings actions.
Southern California Edison Company and its affiliate SCE Recovery Funding LLC entered into an underwriting agreement on July 21, 2026 with RBC Capital Markets, Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets and J.P.
