The amount consists of (A) 385,000 Shares held for the account of Constellation Master Fund; (B) 350,000 Shares held for the account of Lake Credit Fund; (C) 297,5000 Shares held for the account of Structured Credit Fund; (D) 297,500 Shares held for the account of Xing He Master Fund; (E) 192,500 Shares held for the account of Alpha Star Fund; (F) 35,000 Shares held for the account of Purpose Credit Fund; (G) 140,000 Shares held for the account of SC Fund; and (H) 52,500 Shares held for the account Waterfront Series A Fund.
