Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 4, 2025, the Board of Directors of Sadot Group Inc. (the “Company”) appointed David Errington, an existing member of the Board of Directors, as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Paul Sansom upon Mr. Sansom’s engagement as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
On August 29, 2025, Kenn Miller resigned as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective September 25, 2025. Mr. Miller’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
