Stark Focus Group, Inc. (SKFG) reports that its Board on September 8, 2026 and holders of a majority of its common stock on September 9, 2026 approved the Stark Focus Group, Inc. Equity Incentive Plan, which became effective immediately upon stockholder approval. The plan covers employees, directors and consultants and permits a wide range of equity awards, including stock options, restricted stock, stock appreciation rights, performance awards, unrestricted stock and distribution equivalent rights.
