(“the Company”) appointed Mr. Xavier Mesrobian as the new Chairman of the Board, effective immediately.  Mr. Mesrobian will serve as the Chairman of the Board until the Company’s next annual meeting of stockholders.  Mr. Mesrobian has been an independent Director since November 2024, and he brings significant experience to the Board as it plans its future areas of business.
