Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure. On July 23, 2025, the Company issued a press release discussing the Regulation Crowdfunding offering that is being conducted by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Foreland Refining Corporation, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
