On October 29, 2025, Super League Enterprise, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Company received a written notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") informing the Company that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b) and is in compliance with all applicable continued listing requirements. A copy the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
