(the “Company”) provided the following metrics for the Company’s same store facilities (stabilized and comparable properties that have been included in the consolidated results of operations since January 1, 2024, excluding four other properties):

Physical occupancy as of October 31, 2025 and October 31, 2024 was 92.5% and 92.3%, respectively.

Monthly web rates as of October 31, 2025 and October 31, 2024 were $0.94 and $1.09, respectively.

Monthly move-in rates as of October 31, 2025 and October 31, 2024 were $0.85 and $1.04, respectively.

Monthly in-place rates as of October 31, 2025 and October 31, 2024 were $1.64 and $1.64, respectively.
