On or about February 24, 2026, Summit Networks Inc. (the “Company”)
completed the activation of its principal executive office in Miami, Florida.
The Company’s new principal executive office address is:

This office relocation is part of the Company’s broader corporate
governance and operational restructuring plan approved by the Board of Directors.
The Company intends to continue maintaining full compliance with applicable
U.S. and Canadian regulatory requirements and will make additional disclosures as appropriate.
