Insights

Volato has restored full NYSE American listing compliance, removing delisting overhang.

Volato Group, Inc. reports that NYSE Regulation confirmed it is back in compliance with all NYSE American continued listing standards. The company specifically resolved deficiencies under Sections 1003(a)(i) and (ii) of the NYSE American Company Guide, which previously placed it in a below‑compliance status.

The removal of the “.BC” indicator from the Class A common stock symbol and the company’s removal from NYSE American’s noncompliant issuers list reduce the immediate risk around its exchange listing status. This can matter for investor perception and for institutions that have mandates tied to exchange compliance.

Volato will still be subject to NYSE American’s continued listing monitoring procedures, and it highlights a commitment to strong financial discipline and governance. Future periodic reports and any NYSE communications will indicate whether the company maintains these standards over time.
