	Item 4 of the Schedule 13D is hereby amended and supplemented by the addition of the following: On June 24, 2025, AJP on behalf of itself as a record holder of shares of common stock of the Issuer and on behalf of Orbic filed their Definitive Preliminary Proxy Materials on Schedule 14A with SEC. On June 24, 2024, AJP and Orbic issued a press release announcing the filing of their Definitive Proxy Materials and recommended that Sonim stockholders vote for their five highly qualified board nominees at the Issuer's 2025 Annual Meeting on July 18, 2025. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference..
