Resignation
of Group Chief Operating Officer
On
October 31, 2025, the Board of Directors of Society Pass Incorporated (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Mr. Tjin
Patrick Soetanto (“Mr. Soetanto”) as the Group Chief Operating Officer (“COO”). Mr. Soetanto tendered his resignation
as COO, effective October 31, 2025, in order to pursue other business opportunities, and his resignation was not a result of any disagreement
with the Company on any matter. On the same day, the Board decided to remove the Group Chief Operating Officer as a position on the Company’s
management team.
