Regulation FD Disclosure regulatory
"Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure. On August 18, 2026, Safe Pro Group Inc."
Regulation FD disclosure requires public companies to share important, market-moving information with everyone at the same time instead of tipping off analysts or large investors first. Think of it as making sure all players on a field hear the same announcement simultaneously; that fairness helps investors trust that stock prices reflect the same information and reduces the risk of sudden, unfair trading advantages or regulatory penalties for selective leaks.
Inline XBRL technical
"104 | | Cover page Interactive Data File (embedded within the Inline XBRL document)"
Inline XBRL is a file format for financial filings that embeds machine-readable data tags directly inside the human-readable report, so the same document can be read by people and parsed by software. For investors it makes extracting, comparing and verifying financial numbers faster and more reliable—like a grocery list where each item also has a barcode—reducing manual errors and speeding up analysis.
explosive remnants of war (ERW) medical
"land, roughly the size of England, are considered contaminated by mines and explosive remnants of war (ERW)."
geospatial formats technical
"plot the predictions on maps and export these predictions in standard geospatial formats at the edge"
Geospatial formats are the file types and data structures used to store and share location-based information such as coordinates, maps, routes, and area boundaries. They determine how precise, detailed, and interoperable that location data is—think of them like different containers or photo formats for map data, each suited to particular uses. For investors, the format affects how easily a company can integrate, analyze, and verify location information for logistics, asset tracking, site selection, regulatory mapping, and risk assessment.
forward-looking statements regulatory
"Some of the statements in this press release are forward-looking statements within the meaning"
Forward-looking statements are predictions or plans that companies share about what they expect to happen in the future, like estimating sales or profits. They matter because they help investors understand a company's outlook, but since they are based on guesses and assumptions, they can sometimes be wrong.

Safe Pro Awarded Subcontract for Artificial Intelligence Powered Demining Software under U.S. Department of State Program

New Award for AI-Powered Threat Detection and Mapping to Support Ukraine’s Generational Landmine Crisis

AVENTURA, Fla. – August 18, 2026 – Safe Pro Group Inc. (Nasdaq: SPAI) (“Safe Pro” or the “Company”), a developer of artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled defense, security, and situational awareness solutions, today announced it has been awarded a new subcontract and purchase order for its patented AI threat detection and mapping solution in support of a U.S. Department of State program.

The new award, valued at approximately $180,000, includes five hardened GPU powered laptop computers configured with the Company’s Spotlight OnSight AI-powered threat detection and mapping software with 3-years of annual software licensing and AI model upgrades. The OnSight software allows users to detect explosive threats from basic and advanced drones and plot the predictions on maps and export these predictions in standard geospatial formats at the edge without requiring internet connectivity. As of June 2025, over 139,000 square kilometers of land, roughly the size of England, are considered contaminated by mines and explosive remnants of war (ERW). Over six million Ukrainians live in or around these heavily mined and contaminated areas impacting $11 billion in Agriculture business annually. Demining these areas saves the lives of everyday citizens, enables Ukraine’s economic recovery, and opens investment opportunities for American businesses.
