New York (September 29, 2026) Scully Royalty Ltd. (the "Company" or "Scully") (NYSE: SRL) announces that it is commencing action against its former Chief Executive Officer, Samuel Morrow, C.F.A., of Groton, Massachusetts, his personal Marshall Islands holding company, Boardwalk Ltd. and its other beneficial shareholder, Victoria Morrow, to, among other claims, recover wrongfully misappropriated funds of approximately CDN $2.1 million.
