On
September 24, 2026, Morgan Lekstrom, Streamex Corp.’s (the “Company”) Interim Executive Chairman of the
Board of Directors of the Company, resigned from his position as Interim Executive Chairman of the Board, effective September 30, 2026,
while retaining his position as an independent member of the Board. The Company has not yet identified a successor as executive chairperson
of the Board.
