(the “Company”) hereby announces that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) has been adjourned from Monday, October 27, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Israel time (10:00 a.m. EDT) at the Company’s executive offices at 5 David Fikes St., Rehovot, Israel, to Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at the same time and place, due to a lack of quorum.

On September 22, 2025, the Company furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission a Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K, including a proxy statement, attached as Exhibit 99.1, which includes the full version of the proposed resolutions.
