TransDigm Group Incorporated (the “Company” or “TransDigm Group”) today announced that Patrick J. Murphy, an Executive Vice President of the Company, has been appointed Co-Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Murphy will serve alongside current Co-Chief Operating Officer, Joel B. Reiss.
Mr. Murphy has been an Executive Vice President of the Company for the past six years. Prior to serving as Executive Vice President, Mr. Murphy was President at HarcoSemco, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TransDigm Inc. Before joining TransDigm Group, Mr. Murphy worked in several operationally focused executive and senior management roles.
There are no reportable family relationships or related party transactions (as defined in Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K) involving the Company and Mr. Murphy.
