Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer

As previously disclosed, Mr. Poh Chit Wen tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of The GrowHub Limited (the “Company”) on July 31, 2026. Mr. Poh’s resignation as Chief Financial Officer was due to personal reasons and not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company.

On October 22, 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Mr. Chan Choon Yew Lester, the current Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) of the Company, to serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective the same date. Mr. Chan Choon Yew Lester will continue to serve as the Company’s CEO and Chairman of the Board.
