(the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the Board and from the Nominating, Corporate Governance and Compliance Committee of the Board, effective March 31, 2026. Mr. Mudesir’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement between the Company and him on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
