Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Rhea-AI Filing Summary

TNL Mediagene (TNMG) regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement, Nasdaq confirmed in a letter dated October 14, 2026. Under the Nasdaq Hearings Panel’s August 23, 2026 decision, the company’s ordinary shares will continue to be listed and traded on The Nasdaq Capital Market during an exception period, subject to the decision’s terms.

The company remains non-compliant with Nasdaq’s stockholders’ equity requirement, which requires at least $2.5 million in stockholders’ equity. TNL Mediagene must demonstrate compliance on or before October 30, 2026, and the Panel will review any compliance submission. The company intends to take all steps necessary to meet the requirement by that deadline, but there can be no assurance it will do so. If it fails to demonstrate compliance by the deadline or otherwise fails to satisfy the decision’s terms, its securities will be subject to delisting from Nasdaq.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

If the Company fails to demonstrate compliance with the Equity Rule on or before October 30, 2026, or otherwise fails to satisfy the terms of the Decision, the Company’s securities will be subject to delisting from Nasdaq.
