Rhea-AI Filing Summary

21Shares XRP ETF (TOXR) reports several contractual and governance updates. 21Shares US LLC, as Sponsor, entered into a Benchmark Licensing Agreement with FTSE International Limited, under which FTSE grants a non-exclusive license to use the FTSE XRP Index as the pricing benchmark for the trust and its affiliates.
