(the “Company”) that she will not stand for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors at the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Ms. Thomsen’s decision was not due to any disagreement with the Company’s management or Board of Directors.

Ms. Thomsen will serve out the remainder of her term, which will end at the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
