TXO’s November 2026 investor presentation reports 27% growth in daily oil production YTD 2026 versus FY 2025 and 26,000 BOE per day of YTD 2026 production; both measures exclude production attributable to Cross Timbers Energy. The presentation estimates a 43% 2026 EBITDAX margin based on actual results through September 30 and forecasts for the balance of the year, and says full-year 2026 development costs are expected to be $90 million-$95 million.

It lists 106 million BOE of proved reserves and $1 billion in proved PV-10 as of December 31, 2025. The presentation also lists $7.40 in total per-unit distributions and more than $310 million distributed since IPO, including paid and announced distributions.

master limited partnership financial
"a master limited partnership focused on the acquisition, development"
A master limited partnership is a type of business structure that combines features of a corporation and a partnership, allowing it to raise money from investors while passing profits directly to them. Think of it as a shared ownership group that offers regular income, making it attractive to investors seeking steady cash flow. This structure is often used by companies involved in natural resources or energy, where consistent revenue is common.
EBITDAX financial
"illustrative 2027 EBITDAX"
EBITDAX is a measure of a company's operating profit that adds back interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization and exploration costs to net income. Think of it as the cash-generating power of a business before financing, tax effects, non-cash accounting charges and the variable cost of searching for new reserves—useful for comparing companies whose exploration spending or accounting treatments differ. Investors use it to assess core operating performance and short-term cash flow potential without those distortions.
PV-10 financial
"$1B in Proved PV-10"
PV-10 is a valuation metric that estimates the present value of future oil and gas production cash flows, discounted at 10% and stated before income taxes. Think of it as the current price tag on a company’s proven reserves, calculated by shrinking future revenue streams to today’s dollars using a 10% rate. Investors use PV-10 to compare the relative worth of reserves and assess how much future production could contribute to a company’s value, much like comparing the upfront price of different rental properties based on expected future rent.
proved reserves financial
"106 MMBoe proved reserves"
Proved reserves are the quantities of oil or natural gas that geological and engineering data show with high confidence can be extracted under current economic and operating conditions. For investors, they act like a verified inventory: larger proved reserves usually support future production, revenue and borrowing capacity, while declines can signal falling asset value or the need for investment to replace supply.
effectively connected with a United States trade or business regulatory
"income that is effectively connected with a United States trade or business"
A tax status describing when income earned by a foreign person or entity is treated as tied to active business operations inside the United States. If income is 'effectively connected' to a U.S. trade or business, it is usually taxed like domestic business income rather than as passive foreign-sourced income; think of it as income earned by someone who has a real storefront or employees inside the U.S. rather than just selling from afar. Investors care because this classification changes tax rates, reporting requirements, and after-tax returns on U.S.-linked activities.

Slide 2

This presentation contains “forward-looking” statements, as defined under Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, that are based on our management’s beliefs and assumptions and on information currently available to management. Forward-looking statements include all statements other than statements of historical facts contained in this presentation, including statements regarding our distribution strategy, hedging strategy, future production and operations, financial position, including capital allocation, ability to generate significant cash flow, illustrative 2027 EBITDAX, projected costs, management's objectives to manage leverage, expectations to deploy discretionary capex in the Williston Basin, 2026 full-year development costs, and potential developments and upsides. In some cases, you can identify forward-looking statements because they contain words such as “may,” “assume,” “forecast,” “could,” “should,” “will,” “plan,” “believe,” “anticipate,” “increase”, “support”, “maximize”, “execute”, “provide”, “intend,” “estimate,” “expect,” “project,” “budget” and similar expressions, although not all forward-looking statements contain such identifying words. Forward-looking statements are subject to known and unknown risks, uncertainties, assumptions and other factors including, but not limited to, those related to commodity price volatility; worldwide economic activity and our operations; uncertainties about our estimated oil, natural gas and NGL reserves, including the impact of commodity price declines on the economic producibility of such reserves, and in projecting future rates of production; the concentration of our operations in the Permian Basin, San Juan Basin, and the Williston Basin; lack of transportation and storage capacity as a result of oversupply, government regulations or other factors; lack of availability of drilling and production equipment and services; potential financial losses or earnings reductions resulting from our commodity price risk management program or any inability to manage our commodity risks; environmental, weather, drilling and other operating risks; regulatory changes; political and economic conditions and events in foreign oil and natural gas producing countries, and the other risks discussed in "Risk Factors," the Partnership’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025 (the “10-K”), and those set forth from time to time in other filings with the SEC. New risks and uncertainties emerge from time to time, and it is not possible for our management to predict all risks and uncertainties that could have an impact on the forward-looking statements contained in this presentation. These and other factors may cause our actual results, performance or achievements to differ materially and adversely from those anticipated or implied by our forward-looking statements. Forward-looking statements represent our management’s expectations and assumptions only as of the date of this presentation. We undertake no obligation to update any forward-looking statements for any reason after the date of this presentation to reflect events or circumstances after the date of this presentation or to reflect new information, actual results, revised expectations or the occurrence of unanticipated events, except as required by law. We may not actually achieve the plans, intentions, or expectations disclosed in our forward-looking statements, and you should not place undue reliance on our forward-looking statements. The SEC generally permits oil and natural gas companies, in filings made with the SEC, to disclose proved reserves, which are reserve estimates that geological and engineering data demonstrate with reasonable certainty to be recoverable in future years from known reservoirs under existing economic and operating conditions, and certain probable and possible reserves that meet the SEC’s definitions for such terms. References to the Partnership’s estimated proved reserves and to the estimated proved reserves of the acquired assets are derived from the Partnership’s reserve reports prepared by Cawley Gillespie & Associates, Inc., the Partnership’s independent petroleum engineers. Reserve engineering is a process of estimating underground accumulations of oil and natural gas that cannot be measured in an exact way. The accuracy of any reserve estimate depends on the quality of available data, the interpretation of such data and price and cost assumptions made by reservoir engineers. In addition, the results of drilling, testing and production activities may justify revisions of estimates that were made previously. If significant, such revisions would change the schedule of any further production and development drilling. Accordingly, our reserve and PV-10 estimates may differ significantly from the quantities of oil, natural gas and NGLs that are ultimately recovered. Although we believe these third-party sources are reliable as of their respective dates, we have not independently verified the accuracy or completeness of this information.
