(“Squadra”) that they reached an aggregate ownership position of 4.95% of common shares issued by Ultrapar as of January 26, 2026, amounting to 55,212,788 shares.

     

    Said position is represented by 55,212,788 common shares, of which 5,423,197 common shares are donated on loan.
