Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 16, 2025, United Natural Foods, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release to provide an update on the Company’s outlook for the fiscal year ending August 2, 2025 and the previously disclosed cyber incident. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The Company will also make available an investor presentation on the Investors section of the Company’s website.
