(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it had established an Advisory Committee, to optimize performance, increase visibility, and unlock capital raising opportunities. In conjunction with the announcement, the Company announced that joining the Advisory Committee as the first member is Arthur Hayes. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
