Here are the 8-K filings from ProShares Ultra VIX Short-Term Futures ETF (UVXY) in our archive since June 2025, newest first, and each one links through to the document itself with the summary and the scores our analysis gives it.
An 8-K covers material events a company has to report between its quarterly reports, so if you follow UVXY and want that one kind of document rather than the whole filing history, this is the page to keep. The company's other filings, of every form, are on the full UVXY filings page.
ProShares Trust II disclosed that ProShares VIX Mid-Term Futures ETF (VIXM) will undergo a 1-for-2 reverse split effective before market open on November 19, 2026. Each two pre-split shares will become one post-split share, and the ticker symbol will remain VIXM.
The announcement states that the split will not change the total value of a shareholder’s investment; the per-share price will be twice the pre-split net asset value as the number of shares decreases proportionately. Fractional post-split shares will be redeemed for cash and sent to the shareholder’s broker. That redemption may result in gains or losses and could be a taxable event.
