On September 9, 2025, INNOVATE Corp. (“INNOVATE” or the “Company”) issued a press release titled “INNOVATE’s Portfolio Company, R2, has Explosive Growth and Global Reach with Glacial® Skin Continuing to Redefine Aesthetic Innovation”.
