will be making several presentations to investors over the following weeks, including, as previously announced, a strategic corporate
update event on January 21, 2026 at 10:00 am Eastern Time. In connection with such presentations, the Company intends to discuss the investor
presentation which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
