On October 2, 2026, Voya Financial, Inc. (the "Company") announced that Santhosh Keshavan, the Company's Chief Technology and Operations Officer and a named executive officer, will be appointed to the role of Chief Risk and Global Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2027. At that time, Rajat Kalia will become the Company's Chief Technology Officer.
For the avoidance of doubt, Mr. Keshavan's new role does not constitute that of the "principal operating officer" as that term is used in Item 5.02 of form 8-K.
