(“Ventas” or the “Company”) notified Ventas of her intention to resign from the Company effective June 26, 2026 (the “Effective Date”). Ms. Roberts intends to join Blackstone, Inc. as Senior Managing Director and General Counsel - Real Estate. She will remain in her role through the Effective Date. The Company and the Board of Directors of the Company thank Ms. Roberts for her outstanding contributions during her tenure at Ventas.
