MOU term 3 years Agreement between Eco Wave Power U.S. Inc., WISeQey Corp. and its subsidiaries
Planned demonstration date November 19, 2026 Quantum Days 2026
Planned demonstration time 13:45 CET Quantum Days 2026
Project pipeline 404.7 MW Eco Wave Power projects planned in Portugal, Taiwan and India
Memorandum of Understanding technical
"entered a three-year Memorandum of Understanding"
A memorandum of understanding (MOU) is a formal agreement between two or more parties that outlines their shared intentions and plans to work together. It acts like a handshake in writing, clarifying each side’s roles and expectations before any official contract is signed. For investors, an MOU signals that parties are serious about collaboration, which can influence future business opportunities and potential growth.
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technical
"digital identity and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)"
Public key infrastructure (PKI) is a system of digital “locks and keys” that lets computers verify identities and encrypt information so messages, transactions, and documents are authentic and private. For investors, PKI matters because it reduces fraud, protects customer data, and helps companies meet regulatory and cybersecurity requirements—factors that can affect revenue, reputation, and legal risk.
digital twin technical
"feed a digital twin and trigger a secure, auditable transaction"
A digital twin is a live virtual replica of a physical asset, process, or system that mirrors real-world behavior using data and models so users can test changes, predict problems, and measure performance without touching the real thing. For investors, digital twins matter because they can lower maintenance costs, speed product development, improve uptime and reliability, and make future cash flows and risks easier to forecast — like using a flight simulator to safely train and tune a real airplane.
post-quantum secure element technical
"QS7001 post-quantum secure element"
A post-quantum secure element is a small, dedicated hardware chip that stores and handles cryptographic keys and operations using algorithms designed to resist attacks by future quantum computers. Think of it as a vault and lock upgraded to withstand next-generation safecrackers. For investors, this matters because using such hardware can protect products and data against emerging threats, reduce risk of costly breaches or regulatory penalties, and serve as a competitive advantage in security-sensitive markets.
machine-to-machine technical
"future machine-to-machine commercial interactions"
Machine-to-machine (M2M) describes devices communicating and exchanging data directly with each other without human action, like a smart meter sending usage info to a utility. For investors it matters because M2M enables automated monitoring, faster decision-making, lower operating costs and new service models that can create recurring revenue and scale quickly—similar to replacing manual updates with real-time, automated reports across a business.

WISeQey, SEALSQ, SEALCOIN and Eco Wave Power Sign Three-Year MoU and Demonstrate Trusted Energy Transactions for AI Data Centers

Collaboration combines renewable wave-energy production, secure digital identities and automated transactions, with potential applications for AI data centers and industrial energy buyers.

Stockholm , Sweden, November 5, 2026 – Eco Wave Power Global AB (publ) (Nasdaq: WAVE) (“Eco Wave Power” or the “Company”), an onshore wave energy technology company, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Eco Wave Power U.S. Inc. has entered into a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with WISeQey Corp. (“WISeQey”) (Nasdaq/SIX: WQEY), a global quantum cybersecurity and space IoT company, together with its subsidiaries, SEALSQ Corp. (Nasdaq: LAES) (“SEALSQ”), and SEALCOIN AG.

The collaboration brings together Eco Wave Power’s renewable-energy technology, SEALSQ’s secure semiconductors, WISeQey’s digital identity expertise and SEALCOIN’s machine communication and transaction infrastructure to explore how renewable-energy assets can securely interact with digital services and potential energy buyers.

Two Key Capabilities Demonstrated

Using Eco Wave Power’s wave-energy installation in Jaffa Port, Israel, the companies have demonstrated:

1.Trusted Digital Twin: Connecting physical energy production to an authenticated digital representation, allowing the origin and integrity of production data to be verified.

2.Authenticated Automated Transactions: Using trusted production data to initiate a secure, authorized and auditable transaction between known counterparties under predefined commercial conditions.

The demonstration connects physical energy production with digital identity, secure communications and automated transactions, establishing a foundation for future machine-to-machine commercial interactions.
