São Paulo, Brazil, May 29, 2026 – XP Inc. (Nasdaq: XP), a leading, technology-driven financial services platform and a trusted provider of low-fee financial products and services in Brazil, announced today that the resolutions as set out in its Notice of Annual General Meeting dated May 6, 2026, as supplemented by the proxy statement supplement, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 6-K on May 26, 2026, were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting held today.
