Rhea-AI Filing Summary

One and One Green Technologies, Inc. (YDDL), a Philippines-based hazardous waste importer and metals recycler, reported that it has procured more than 2,000 tons of raw materials for its new electronic, copper, and nickel sludge recovery line in Metro Manila. Smelting equipment installation is underway, and the company expects to begin production on this new line before the end of 2026, subject to successful installation and commissioning.

The new production line is designed to process industrial hazardous waste, including electronic, copper, and nickel sludge, and recover high-value metals such as copper, nickel, gold, and silver. The project extends One and One’s existing recycling operations into additional industrial waste categories and leverages its hazardous waste-handling license, local raw-material procurement capabilities, and in-house chemical testing infrastructure.

Raw materials procured More than 2,000 tons For new electronic sludge, copper sludge, and nickel sludge recovery line in Metro Manila
Expected production start Before year-end 2026 Planned commencement of production on the new metals recovery line
Initial project disclosure May 2026 Company previously disclosed the purchase of smelting equipment for the new line
Licensing status Licensed hazardous waste importer and recycler Company’s regulatory status in the Philippines
hazardous waste regulatory
"licensed hazardous waste importer and a licensed recycler of non-ferrous metals"
Hazardous waste is material—liquid, solid or gas—that is dangerous to people or the environment because it is flammable, corrosive, toxic or chemically unstable, like a household chemical that would need special disposal instead of the trash. For investors it matters because companies that generate, store or clean up such waste face legal rules, cleanup costs, fines and reputational damage that can reduce profits, trigger unexpected liabilities and affect a company’s valuation, much like a hidden repair bill for a property.
smelting equipment technical
"Installation of the line’s smelting equipment is underway"
Smelting equipment are the furnaces, converters, crucibles and associated machinery used to extract and refine metals from ore or recycled material by applying heat and chemical processes. For investors, this gear represents the physical heart of a metals producer: it determines how much metal a plant can make, how much energy and cost are required, and what regulatory or environmental liabilities may arise — like a factory’s ovens that turn raw ingredients into a sellable product.
electronic sludge technical
"new electronic sludge, copper sludge, and nickel sludge recovery line"
forward-looking statements regulatory
"This press release contains forward-looking statements"
Forward-looking statements are predictions or plans that companies share about what they expect to happen in the future, like estimating sales or profits. They matter because they help investors understand a company's outlook, but since they are based on guesses and assumptions, they can sometimes be wrong.
non-ferrous metals technical
"licensed recycler of non-ferrous metals and industrial materials"
Non-ferrous metals are metals that do not contain significant amounts of iron, such as copper, aluminum, nickel, zinc and lead; they are used widely in wiring, transportation, packaging and electronics. Investors watch them because their prices and availability reflect industrial demand, energy costs and supply disruptions—changes that can affect the profits of manufacturers, the value of mining companies and commodity portfolios, much like key ingredients that drive the cost of a recipe.
