net asset value financial
"each representing a net asset value (“NAV”) of $111.41"
Net asset value is the total value of an investment fund's assets minus any liabilities, divided by the number of shares or units outstanding. It represents the per-share worth of the fund, similar to how the value of a house is determined by its total worth after debts are subtracted. Investors use it to gauge the true value of their holdings and to compare different investment options.
split-adjusted basis technical
"began trading on a split-adjusted basis"
An adjustment to historical share prices and share counts that reflects past stock splits or reverse splits so that old data lines up with the current number of shares. Think of it like resizing an old photograph so it matches a new frame: it keeps price charts, returns and per‑share metrics comparable over time, which matters to investors who need accurate performance, valuation and trend analysis.
Investment Company Act of 1940 regulatory
"not an investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940"
A U.S. federal law that sets the rulebook for pooled investment vehicles such as mutual funds, exchange-traded funds and similar money managers, requiring them to register with regulators, disclose holdings and fees, limit conflicts of interest, and follow governance standards. It matters to investors because these protections and transparency rules act like a referee and scoreboard, helping people compare funds, trust that managers follow fair practices, and spot hidden costs or risks.

The Zcash ETF (Ticker: ZCSH), Built By Grayscale, Announces Completion of 3-for-1 Share Split

Shareholders of record received three post-split shares for every one pre-split share of ZCSH they owned

STAMFORD, Conn., Sept. 30, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Zcash ETF (Ticker: ZCSH) (the “Fund”), built by Grayscale, today announced the completion of its previously announced 3-for-1 forward share split (the "Forward Split"). The Forward Split became effective prior to market open today, September 30, 2026 (the "Effective Date"), and the Fund's shares began trading on a post-split basis on the Effective Date.

The Forward Split did not change the total value of a shareholder's investment.

Following the Forward Split, the Fund's shares continue to trade on NYSE Arca, Inc. under the symbol “ZCSH,” and the Fund's CUSIP number remains unchanged.
