(“ZipRecruiter” or the "Company") issued a press release (the “Press Release”) and will hold a conference call (the “Earnings Call” announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 and financial outlook. The Company also published a letter to shareholders announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 and financial outlook (the “Shareholder Letter”). Copies of the Press Release and the Shareholder Letter are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
