The Reporting Persons' ownership of the Issuer's securities consists of (i) 3,809,348 shares of Class A common stock held directly by IVP XIV; (ii) 10,459 shares of Class A common stock held directly by IVM XIV; (iii) 1,198,415 shares of Class A common stock held directly by IVP XV; (iv) 6,356 shares of Class A common stock held directly by IVP XV EF; (v) 4,247 shares of Class A common stock held directly by IVM XV; (vi) 146,823 shares of Class A common stock held by Fogelsong; (vii) 154,148 shares of Class A common stock held by Phelps; (viii) 13,682 shares of Class A common stock held by Liaw; and (ix) 54,369 shares of Class A common stock held by Maltz.
IVM XIV is general partner of IVP XIV.
