(b) Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

On June 30, 2026, Mr. Christopher C. Work, Chief Financial Officer of Zumiez Inc. (the “Company”), gave notice of his decision to step down from his position with the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Work for his 19 years of outstanding service to the Company and wishes him the best on his decision to leave the Company. Mr. Work will continue to fulfill the responsibilities as the Company’s CFO and will assist with the transition of his duties until such time that a successor is identified and appointed. The Company has initiated a search for a new CFO and has engaged a leading executive search firm to assist with the process.
